Grand Opening of New Resource Management and Science Center at National Park Set for May 25

The Lind Point Construction Project has been completed. and there will be a grand opening. The theme is “Carry on the Culture,” and the event will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday, May 25.

The public is cordially invited to help the Virgin Islands National Park to “Carry on the Culture” at the grand opening of the new Resource Management and Science Center at Virgin Islands National Park, Lind Point, St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands.

Come experience a tour of the new Virgin Islands National Park’s state-of-the-art collections center and science buildings.

Celebrate U.S. Virgin Islands cultural practices, including performances by Love City Pan Dragons, Bamboula dancers and moko jumbies. Light refreshments will be served.

Please arrive at the Visitor Center to begin a tour. Complimentary continuous open-air taxi service will be provided from the Cruz Bay Visitor Center to Lind Point Drive.
