Your generosity and shared love for this place makes the work we do together highly effective. I am sure you are aware of our incredible Sea Turtle Monitoring and Protection Program that nurtured more than 3,000 hatchlings to the ocean this season, but do you know about the other natural and cultural resource programs you help support?
The cultural demonstrators and artisans at Annaberg, School Kids in the Park, this year’s Folk Life Festival, Learn to Fish, Learn to Swim, the Native Plant program, the Trails Maintenance Program, and the Playground, not to mention hundreds of free nightly education seminars, are all programs led by the Friends.
Additionally, we are supporting the Park’s efforts to manage resources and provide a safe and meaningful experience for all park visitors by funding research and helping with data collection. Support from the Friends and you is essential to our Park’s future.
